Mexico
“Mexico is a sweet and elegant perfume. Mexico has a huge heritage and is known to be first populated more than 13,000 years ago. I chose this perfume to highlight the sweetness of this country.”
This attar looks like a piña colada with its thick, cream coloured, cloudy oil. It melts onto the skin to release its tropical charm. This is one for the ladies (or for men who like a tropical sweet gourmand).
I get why it’s called ‘Mexico’ as it does remind me of the Latinas on the beach in Cancun all applying their coconut scented sun cream with a piña colada in-hand.
The lemon injects a citrus zest, whilst the pineapple keeps things tropical and the musk helps smooth-out the creamy blend.
This would be beautiful in the heat of the summer, so I’m waiting to let this shine in the sun. $14.99 for a 3ml bottle is very reasonable, since one tiny dab is very potent, so you can easily keep a small bottle in your beach bag.
‘Mexico’ is bottled Caribbean tropical sunshine with sweet exotic cocktails.
