Agar Musk

‘Agar Musk’ is Ramon Monegal’s interpretation of oud, “with a Western Mediterranean twist using leather and musk”. The oud itself is not the main player, this is all about the Haitian vetiver. If you want the real experience of oud, it’s not this scent. This is a synthetic, non-smoky, non-heavy, muted oud that’s safe for Western preferences. It opens with the Haitian Vetiver and keeps a green, cedar-like woody, dry spice throughout. The leather doesn’t quite come through and as for the musk, I think it jumped ship.

‘Agar Musk’ is a clean, peppery-spice, dry vetiver with 12+ hours longevity. The perfect gentlemen’s minimalistic vetiver.
